With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Garrett’s jack of all trades hands-on experience has prepared him to support the firm. He earned his BA in Business Leadership and Management from Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Garrett started his financial services career as a bank teller in 1997 not knowing it would lead to a rewarding and fulfilling career path. Quickly understanding his strength was in the ‘back room’, he found his calling while working with commercial bankers in the business lending division as a loan administrator.

Garrett’s professional journey transitioned to publishing sports officiating industry content for 11 years deeply changing his perspective on sports and human behavior.

Garrett is closely connected to the RAMAC Leadership Racine program. He was a graduate of the 15th class in 2013, volunteered on the program committee until 2023 and quietly continues to volunteer behind the scenes.

Garrett and Michele enjoy traveling to the beach to escape a couple weeks of Wisconsin’s winters each year. In the spring and summer he likes to race radio-controlled boats, sailboats and cars. He also enjoys playing board games and hosting family and friends in his home arcade whenever possible.
