Introducing ‘Confidently Navigating Life Transitions’

Man walks down steps through forest and into the sunlight

Over the past several months, I’ve had the privilege of spending time with two highly respected professionals, exploring how best to support clients as they move through significant life transitions. Both of these women are longtime friends—individuals I’ve admired for decades, both professionally and personally.

Carolynn Powers and I worked together at Robert W. Baird, where she played an integral role in building many of the processes I still rely on today. Over the years, our professional relationship grew into a valued friendship, and we’ve remained connected as our careers evolved in new directions. Carolynn is now a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Thrive Collaborative, where she continues to guide clients through meaningful life changes with skill and empathy.

Jennifer Eastman and I met years ago when she was with CNH, and we’ve stayed in touch as her career path has evolved—from her leadership in her family business, Merchants Moving & Storage, to founding her current company, Assisted Living Locators. As the owner and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Jennifer has dedicated herself to helping individuals and families navigate aging and housing transitions. She has been a mentor to me in many ways.

Through this new collaboration—Confidently Navigating Life Transitions—we hope to share insights, experiences, and practical guidance to help you prepare for and confidently move through the changes that life inevitably brings. Whether it is a career shift, relocation, retirement from traditional employment, or a family transition, our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and perspective to successfully move forward with clarity and purpose.
